Over sixty people turned out on a cold afternoon for specially arranged tours of the Betchworth Castle ruins led by owner Martin Higgins. As well as the atmosphere and history of the castle, visitors enjoyed guided nature walks through woodland and lake habitats and then everyone warmed up with an excellent bonfire and barbecue. Funds raised will be going towards the upkeep of the castle and our general and local election campaigning.
