The Council consults on the future of Pippbrook in Dorking

25 October 2018

Mole Valley District Council is consulting on plans for the future of Pippbrook House, which used to house the library and some council offices. Community organisation, the Community Hub in Pippbrook (CHiP) has developed a bid to save the building for us instead of it being sold off to the highest bidder.

Pippbrook House is currently costing £70,000 to maintain - the sooner a positive solution is found the better. CHiP would offer offices for local workers, public space for meetings and other community activities. You can read more about their plans on their website.
