Shocking planning breach by Angus Energy at Brockham. Blatant disregard for the rules. Only came to light because of vigilance of the activists monitoring the site. Green Surrey councillor Jonathan Essex said "this shows a complete disregard for operating within the law and a breakdown of trust. The company appears to have misled the planning department. This regime for regulating oil drilling isn't fit for purpose"
