Chris crook, Dorking Surrey County council Candidate
Chris has lived in Dorking for over 35 years. He has worked in all roles within IT including project management of million pound international projects, business analysis, quality assurance, and software development. He is recently retired so can now spend more of his time in volunteering and working on local issues. In the past he has volunteered nationally and locally for carers organisations, helped to set up a local mental health support group, supported local judo clubs, and was your Section Officer in the Police Specials in the late 90s. He would like to hold Surrey County Council to account, ensuring we have better provision for mental health, education, and local public transport. We also need to stop the building on our green belt and improve the quality and numbers of affordable housing in Dorking.
